The Ohio countryside is a mixture of bountiful farmland and flourishing deciduous forest. One of the most picturesque places is the Hocking Hills region, a part of the Allegheny Plateau featuring spectacular gorges, waterfalls and an abundance of caves. A good time to go to Ohio is in the spring and fall.  The climate is temperate, the humidity is low, and the colors in each season are stunning.  Amish country is genuinely a treat for scrumptious home made meals, hand carved wood workings, quality hand sewn quilts for sale, and an instruction concerning a simpler way of life.  Come to Ohio for outdoor activities and take pleasure in their abundant quaint bed and breakfast inns.
